ALEX A. GARCIA, CPA, Sr. Managing Director - Advisory Services. Financial Advisor, Commercial Broker and Real Estate Consultant in Miami/Miami Beach. Alex has over 30 years of commercial and high-end residential real estate experience, including P&L responsibility as head of asset and portfolio management for IRE Real Estate Funds, a national real estate investment company, and Prudential Insurance Company as finance director for real estate investments and developments.
 
Alex has been personally involved in over $2.5 Billion of real estate transactions throughout career, including the financial structuring, development, condo conversion, asset management and disposition of over 5,000 residential units and over 5 Million square feet of commercial space. Alex is highly regarded in the industry as a finance executive problem solver with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing inefficient costs, thereby generating profits for business partners, investors, clients and employers. 
 
A graduate of Florida International University with B.S. and M.S. degrees in accounting and taxation, and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. Alex is also a member of the Commercial Realtors Alliance in Miami-Dade County.
 
Most recently, Alex was President and founder of IL Villaggio Realty, a leading luxury real estate firm in South Beach and served as COO/CFO of Multiplan USA, the United States affiliate of Grupo Multiplan, a prominent shopping mall and residential project developer headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and developer of IL Villaggio Condominiums and Shoppes of IL Villaggio in South Beach, and Bayshore Palms, a 5-acre site in the Brickell area of Miami, where he managed the land purchase, MUSP approval, re-platting and turn-key project sales.

Alex also successfully executed the commercial condo conversion of the Shoppes of IL Villaggio in 2005 as a development consultant to Multiplan USA and is currently handling resales in the same project for private investors.
